We require an enthusiastic administrative assistant to attend to tasks including, answering all enquirers the office receives, and supporting the directors and team with projects, publicity documents and reports. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, and experience of Photoshop, Illustrator or In design would be a bonus but is not essential.

Responsibilities include:
- Reception duties
- Personal assistant duties
- Scheduling meetings
- Procuring office supplies
- Publicity, updating the website and social media
- Writing reports and submitting updates to our existing client base
- Project and product research
- Handling drawing packages
- Making minor changes on drawings and images using AutoCAD and Photoshop

Qualities desired include:
- Clear and concise written and spoken English
- Professional organisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise tasks whilst working to tight deadlines and under pressure in a busy office environment
